Hey, do you know what i feel like doing now? I would like to go around the world to look at castles! I would like to try in those princess' gowns. I would love to learn a ball dance. But it will never ever come true...
Not when:
-> i had studied for my upcoming examinations
-> i had gotten my diploma
-> i had gotten a job
-> i had earned a $10K/month if i can
-> i had a family
-> i retired
My wishes and dreams are so realistic, but yet it can never be done.
WHY?
-> too much commitment in life
-> worries for love ones
-> family to take care in the future
-> insufficient money
But what else can i do besides complaining? Nothing, because this is my life. It has to be like this unless i am born in a wealthy family and lives in the castle. But if i were to have that life, i would want for a period of living in countryside. Humans are greedy, everyone is greedy. We never refused to say yes to what we want! But we refused to say "yes, i want my life the way i am having it now!" We just don't stick to our life the way it is.
People can see what is happening at around the world over media, people can see how others are living in poverty, but why can't those artists donates their money to these countries instead of spending money on materials that will be thrown away in less than 2 months? Poor people are fighting for left over foods to eat, but rich people are just wasting their food every second, every minute, every hour.
Disasters are happening now, everywhere, soon it will come to Singapore too. I believe the world is going to end soon. Humans no longer die from old age but die from greed! The world is changing. The weather especially! Can't humans see that if they produced more machinery to contribute to the level of CO2 in the atmosphere, the ice caps will be melting at an increasing rate which cause all those floods around the world. Can't human pause at this stage and stop inventing things because of greed, because of money??
We should slow down our progress, it's way to fast for others to catch up and the Earth can't adapt to such a change over such a short period of time. Scientists had proven what are the HUMAN ACTIVITIES done to disrupt the nature cycle. But why don't people change? Why are those people in control of the world not doing anything to help and only thinks of earning money to reach the top?
Life is just the way it is, Life=Greed! World is collapsing if people don't learn to love the way their life is now. Accept who you are, accept what you have, stick to what you NEED!
