♥ Our first IS class ended just nice at 12 but we did gain some knowledge from an organizer of one of the biggest exhibition held at Suntec currently, known as ITB Fair
♥ And as usual, i had to travel to give tuition
♥ But i am very happy today because i get to see my dada ling! He came over to find me after his class and treated me for M.O.S Burger ---- my fav croquette orignal burger!
♥ He's so sweet to pay things for me because i am totally broke right now. Hope i can still have $$ to eat for tml's lunch.

♥ @ 5pm
♥ I started to cook dinner for my family with the help of my dad
♥ Firstly i prepared the ingredients --- dicing, slicing and chopping
♥ Secondly i made the snacks for the day --- Chilli Powder Fries
♥ Dad helps me to chop the potatoes into strips and i placed them in the microwave oven for around 5 mins to heat the water content in those potatoes strips
♥ Next i went to heat the oil and fried them till they become golden in colour
♥ Drain the oil and put it in a big bowl. Add some salt and chilli powder.
♥ And we ate those fries in happiness =D
♥ This is the fries without chilli powder. It looked kinda over burnt but it's not. It's due to the lighting in the kitchen.
♥ These were the ones with chilli powder added in.
♥ Next i started to cook vegeterian oyster mee sua. I felt so happy cause my parents ate them all up =D
♥ I gave each of my parents such a big bowl of mee sua.
♥ Haha, you see my dad, trying to give a "taste good" pose =X
♥ And my mom too, but she was more natural than me dad in photos =X

♦ just got back home from night class @ peninsular area
♦ i enjoyed my day very much even though dada-ling and i can't have our buffet lunch @ yuki yaki @ marina square because we think that the previous promotion is over
♦ we had a back-up plan which is either go k-box student session or seoul garden student buffet
@ 1.30pm
♦ and i decided to go k-box because it is right beside yuki yaki restaurant
♦ it's super fun singing together =D
♦ we have the breaded prawn and fries for snacks, super nice!
♦ and we sang all the way till 6.00pm
♦ bought SUBWAY chicken teriyaki for dinner! OMGOSH! i realised how wonderful a food taste like when you are super hungry
♦ and thanks dada ling for being there for me and helping me to carry such a heavy bag that i had, and of cos, squeezing into a very packed train during end-work hours is tough for you too.

♦ Buffet time! Finally an outing with my girlfriends from poly together =D it is a bit pity that baoying and sien couldn't join us. But no fear, there's always plenty of time when school starts, especially IS day, meet and plan for a wonderful BIG event =D
♦ We went Yuki Yaki restaurant at Marina Square so that we can go for our night lesson at Peninsula area.
♦ We only spent $15 each for Weekday Lunch Offer + DIY Ice-Cream! It's worth it!
♦ There's variety of meat, soup based ingredients, vegetables and beverages. Not to forget snacks and desserts. You can have some finger foods like onion rings and samosa. You can also have 2 different soup bases. We chose Ginseng Chicken and Tom Yam. They have the barbecue plate too!
♦ The most enjoyable moment is the DIY Ice-Cream! We are able to fry our own ice-cream =D
♦ Here are the steps that you have to follow =D
Step1: Wait for a layer of ice to form on the ice-cream cold plate.
Step2: Pour the ice-cream syrup onto the cold plate.
Step3: Spread the syrup so that it could be harden fast.
Step4: Use the utensil to scrub the layer of ice-cream formed.
Step5: Repeat the steps above till you can a nice cold ice-cream.
♦ There are some MUST flavors to try: Peppermint Coke, Chocolate and Cappuccino
♦ Wei Lin and Me, haha. I hide my face cause it doesn't look nice in this photo. As you can see, there's a hot plate and a steamboat with 2 soup based.

♦ To Tian and Effy: I am terribly sorry for missing the dining gathering. I know that i might spoil the mood. I only can say sorry to you guys.

♦ i met dada on the bus. he went to shave his moustache and wax his hair just for me.

♦ we bought our tickets to watch "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" showing @ 10.20am
♦ while waiting to buy our tickets, we took many photos but i am unable to upload it now to my computer, so photos will be up by this sunday.
♦ we bought popcorns. **I am hungry now, so haha not talking about food anymore.**
♦ as we sat down, dada said, "look out for people." when we actually were the 2 people in the cinema. It sounds very eerie and i was indeed being scared by his words as i don't really like watching movies with little people around.
♦ fortunately, a dad who brought 2 children with him came in and follow by 2 more couples. I was relieved to see them. At least i am eased.
♦ As for the movie itself, i should say it's not better that "UP". But there's a moral shown in this cartoon.

♦ We reached Changi Terminal 3. we went there for Popeye lunch and realized that its standard had dropped. I think the chicken became smaller. However, the fries and mashed potato were super nice! Still we enjoyed our lunch. OH! FOOD! MAKE ME SUPER HUNGRY NOW!
♦ Ohh ohh ohh! There's dark chocolate mars in my bag that dada bought for me @ Candy Empire in the afternoon. Good thing, that saves my stomach from growling. ***MUNCH MUNCH MUNCH***
♦ We then went to Tampines to walk the 3 malls in just like 2 hrs plus i think. Half of the time, we spent at Toys"R"Us. Bought another bingo set to play and so sorry that i had won many rounds =x We bought a cute like chick that moves when we gave it energy. It is so cute. It was popular in my night class just now as Zhiyan, Zhihui & Weilin were playing with it. Even the lecturer also played with it during break time. [Sitting in the front row = shortest distance between the lecturer and us = notice what we are doing clearly]

♦ Sadly, we had to part as i had class on. I alighted @ City Hall Station with only the mind and heart of missing you.

♦ Dad called to rush me home when i only ended class @ around 10pm. My lesson was held @ City Hall area. My dad was really cute to ask me to be home fast.

♦ Mom called to rush me home just 7 mins my Dad hung up the call. She said my Dad asked her to call me because he didn't call me. My Dad is really cute right?
♦ I know why they did this. They were tired from a long day of work. They wanted to go to bed to rest but scared their precious daughter meets danger on her way home because it's rather late at night already. Well, that's how worrying they are for me because they love me =D I love them too. I want to get home as soon as i could. But the bus didn't come as fast as it can when i was waiting @ Woodlands Bus Interchange. Thanks Dad and Mom for showing how much you care for me, i appreciate it.
