♦ Buffet time! Finally an outing with my girlfriends from poly together =D it is a bit pity that baoying and sien couldn't join us. But no fear, there's always plenty of time when school starts, especially IS day, meet and plan for a wonderful BIG event =D



♦ We went Yuki Yaki restaurant at Marina Square so that we can go for our night lesson at Peninsula area.

♦ We only spent $15 each for Weekday Lunch Offer + DIY Ice-Cream! It's worth it!

♦ There's variety of meat, soup based ingredients, vegetables and beverages. Not to forget snacks and desserts. You can have some finger foods like onion rings and samosa. You can also have 2 different soup bases. We chose Ginseng Chicken and Tom Yam. They have the barbecue plate too!

♦ The most enjoyable moment is the DIY Ice-Cream! We are able to fry our own ice-cream =D



♦ Here are the steps that you have to follow =D

Step1:
Wait for a layer of ice to form on the ice-cream cold plate.

Step2:
Pour the ice-cream syrup onto the cold plate.

Step3:
Spread the syrup so that it could be harden fast.

Step4:
Use the utensil to scrub the layer of ice-cream formed.

Step5:
Repeat the steps above till you can a nice cold ice-cream.

♦ There are some MUST flavors to try: Peppermint Coke, Chocolate and Cappuccino

♦ The next buffet i am going to try is this: Sakura International Buffet Restaurant
